Boostfunders Refund Policy

At Boostfunders, we are committed to providing exceptional crowdfunding marketing services to help our clients achieve their campaign goals. This document outlines our Refund Policy, explaining how we handle both your financial transactions and your personal data when you use our services.
1. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality services to help campaign creators succeed in their crowdfunding efforts. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Below, we explain the circumstances under which we may offer a refund, as well as when refunds will not be granted.
Refund Eligibility
Boostfunders may issue a refund in the following cases:

Service Not Delivered: If Boostfunders fails to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon marketing services within the specified timeframe and no work has been performed, you are eligible for a full refund. For example, if we fail to launch an advertising campaign or start outreach efforts as promised, you can request a refund.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service (for example, if a payment is processed twice for a single campaign), we will issue a refund for the extra amount charged.

Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If you request to cancel your service before any work has begun, we may issue a partial refund. This refund will be issued after deducting any administrative fees or costs incurred by us in processing the request. These costs may include payment gateway fees, administrative costs, or other operational expenses.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Work Already Performed: Once Boostfunders has started the agreed-upon services, including ad campaigns, content creation, outreach efforts, or any other marketing activities, no refund will be provided. This is because significant resources have already been invested in your campaign.

Client-Initiated Cancellation After Service Commencement: If you choose to cancel the service after Boostfunders has begun executing the marketing strategy or conducting outreach efforts, we will not issue a refund. The work we do has already begun, and no refund will be given for work already performed.

Unsatisfactory Results: While we use proven, data-driven strategies to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as funding targets. Factors like the appeal of your product, market conditions, and campaign management are beyond our control. As a result, refunds will not be issued simply because you are unsatisfied with the performance of your campaign or the results.

Chargebacks or Disputes Without Prior Communication: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting Boostfunders to resolve the issue, you will forfeit any refund eligibility. We request that clients first communicate directly with us to resolve any concerns or issues regarding services before filing chargebacks or disputes.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Send an email to contact@boostfunders.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name & Order ID]”.

Provide Details: Include the reason for your refund request, a copy of the payment receipt, and any relevant details regarding the service provided. This helps us review your case accurately.

Review & Processing: Our team will review your refund request within 5–10 business days. During this time, we will verify the details of your case based on the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Approval & Refund Issuance: If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and the financial institution involved.
Policy Changes
Boostfunders reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted prominently on the website.
