  • The campaign you are promoting complies with the terms of the crowdfunding platform it is hosted on.

3. Services Provided

Boostfunders offers crowdfunding marketing and promotional services, including but not limited to:

  • Super backer outreach

  • Social media advertising

  • PR and influencer marketing

  • Email marketing and lead generation

  • Paid ad campaign management

Note: We do not guarantee specific funding amounts or backer conversions, as campaign success depends on multiple factors, including product-market fit, audience engagement, and campaign presentation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in advance before services commence.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Crypto, Wire transfer, and other secure payment gateways.

  • In some cases, we may accept a percentage-based fee model with a partial upfront payment.

  • Failure to make full or partial payment may result in service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined separately. Clients may request refunds based on the terms stated in that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete campaign details.

  • Grant us access to necessary campaign materials (e.g., images, videos, descriptions).

  • Follow all applicable laws and crowdfunding platform policies.

  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Any marketing materials, content, or strategies developed by Boostfunders remain our intellectual property.

  • Clients may use these materials only for their specific campaign.

  • Clients retain ownership of their campaign content and branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Boostfunders is not responsible for the success or failure of your crowdfunding campaign.

  • We are not liable for any financial losses, including failed campaigns, lack of backers, or third-party platform decisions.

  • We do not guarantee that our marketing services will result in a specific number of backers or funds raised.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

  • The campaign involves misleading, unethical, or illegal practices.

  • Payment is not completed as agreed.

10. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share personal or campaign details without consent.

  • However, we may showcase successful campaigns in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our website and services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • Boostfunders may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
